Board Chair, Board Member
2nd Vice President
My bold goal is to gain the financial and organizational footing it needs to grow and develop for not only the near term but the long run as well.
My goal to celebrate the 10th Year Anniversary of One Health Organization is to raise $500 from 20 people by 6/30/2018.
UPDATE from the Office: As of 6/27/2018, Kenyon's reached 26% of his goal through the generosity of 3 donors. Can you consider making a donation of $50, $25, or more? Thank you for your kind consideration!
I support One Health Organization because I firmly believe in our mission: having healthy pets will ensure we have healthy pet owners, which leads to a healthy environment. Having owned both dogs and cats, I felt my pets were members of the family and deserved the best care I can provide them. Many in our community are not as fortunate, yet still feel the same about their pets. In some cases, these pets are their "children". I want to help make sure they have an opportunity to have a healthy pet - which will improve their emotional standard of living.
My favorite story about how One Health Organization made a difference is the owner who had a pet requiring emergency surgery, but could not afford it. One Health Organization was able to find a local vet willing to do the required surgery and use the vouchers we provided. In the end, not only were we able to save the pet's life, we had a very grateful owner and we were able to get a new volunteer to our organization. This was truly a win-win-win situation.
You should donate to help reach this goal because while there are many useful non-profits that support those in need, no one else does what we do. If you want to get involved in something no one else is doing, help a cause that is near and dear to your heart, and feel good about what you are doing, this is an extremely worthwhile cause to participate in.
Thank you for considering making all the difference in the lives of pets and their people.
