Those living with a dog or cat in the home can benefit from becoming a One Health Family Member.

Emergency Veterinary Clinics
Please Note: Emergency veterinarians must be paid in full at the time of service. Please call ahead of time, and expect to bring a credit card with sufficient available credit or cash with you to the visit. 

One Health Family Member Welcome Kit

As a One Health Family Member, your Welcome Kit includes the following items:

  • Welcome letter with two membership cards (one for the primary pet owner and another for an alternate pet caretaker)
  • Hang around bag (perfect for strollers, car seats, wheelchairs, or walkers)
  • Magnet listing One Health Organization contact information and One Health Family Member benefits
  • Door hanger with emergency contact information card
  • An extra emergency contact information card
  • Window cling to alert first responders and others that pets are inside
  • Other emergency preparedness resources

For those who sign up to become a member at a special event, a bonus gift is included; a cat litter scoop or a pet waste bag dispenser with a supply of waste bags (it can clip on a leash, so great for when you walk your dog).

Veterinary Payment Program

Your membership allows you access to veterinary payment resources that might otherwise be unavailable.

Your vouchers can be used to help pay for veterinary care services at any participating veterinary clinic  If your favorite veterinarian is not listed on this web page, please direct them to the Veterinary Resource Page for questions and to get involved.

When you are ready to use your vouchers, call a participating veterinary clinic for your pet’s appointment and bring your vouchers with you. It is recommended that you get a quote first and bring $24 in cash or a credit card, and your One Health Family Membership Card. 

Understandably, the following rules will be enforced when using vouchers.

  • Only valid vouchers will be accepted by participating clinics.

Services must be provided on a date that falls on or after the date each voucher was issued, and on or before the expiration date. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis within 30 days of the issue date or expiration date for extenuating circumstances.
